Serve the Families of Little India

Young adults, families, couples, and retirees from all over the Chicagoland area faithfully serve the people of Little India week after week. Because of them, we serve an incredible number of families and individuals in our neighborhood. We go further together!

As a volunteer, your time commitment can be flexible. We can work with any schedule! You will connect with the community as you teach English, tutor and help kids with homework, or visit our families in their homes.

Our community needs you! At Devon Oasis Ministry, we are always looking for men and women to serve alongside us as we help meet the needs of people in this neighborhood.

All volunteers go through a child safety training and background check.

Church Donations

We welcome donations of particular items from your church, and it will thrill your congregation or small group to participate. Our families are always in need of diapers and certain household items, such as blankets or box fans. However, please contact us directly prior to collecting items. Our storage space is small. We cannot receive clothing or furniture, and some seasons have greater demand for certain items than other times of the year. Please contact us if you are interested. We look forward to partnering with you in this special way.
